Arlo Chicago is an upscale hotel on Michigan Ave with a perfect, immaculate location close to everything in downtown Chicago. It is within walking distance of all the shopping, food, and the famous Bean, and is also close to the Michigan water taxi stop. Guests describe great, nice, clean, and updated rooms, some with partial views of the park or the city. The staff receives high praise, often described as exceptional, friendly, very helpful, and going above and beyond to make stays smooth and enjoyable, with kindness that makes guests feel welcome and special. However, there are consistent notes on housekeeping being iffy, not very good, or kinda dirty, with instances of cleaning not being finished or attended to promptly. Service follow-up can also be inconsistent, with some requests not fulfilled. Great experience Antoine was nice helped with bags and the rooms were super clean and comfy loved the room and shower and restaurant only issue I had was with the white boy in the front that gave me issues and I didn’t like his attitude
