Just worked with Gabriel on my bill. He walked me through my billing, explained everything with patience and was clear. Best experience I’ve had with a wireless carrier. I would recommend to any friend and family member. Left the store feeling great about switching from Verizon to AT&T.

Today I had the pleasure to be served by Khadijah and she gave me the best customer service I have ever had. She was very detailed in my plan and explained everything to me. Very nice person and her smile is infectious! I'm very pleased with her customer service skills. At&T you got a diamond working in that location.
