A little bit run down in some spots but extremely convenient location & best service ever!!!! The man at the front desk was phenomenal & Wallace deserves a special shout out bc he was so beyond sweet & amazing!

Parts of the hotel are undergoing renovation, there are boarded up windows and malfunctioning key FOBS. Parts of the building are poorly maintained.

Wallis was amazing talked to him everyday! He knew me called me friend help me around Chicago. He made this trip nice.
