Walked in to use ATM. It gave me tiny denominations, asked to exchange it at the counter and was told only customers are served at BMO.

I stopped at this location to break a $100 bill. I was leaving to Mexico the next day and wanted to get 100 $1 bills for tipping. They were not able to break a $100 bill. I repeat, a bank was unable to break a $100 bill.

Can't speak for the corporation itself, but the staff is very courteous, respectful, and friendly. Good group of folks.
