The clerks are friendly and polite.However, I was disappointed that Google's business hours were different from the actual ones.There is a wide selection of products.There are many models that are not sold in Japan.Even if the size is not on display, you can get it from stock.

Went on a Thursday. Got great service!!! Was greated right away. Many of the staff checked up on me and many other shoppers.I'm guessing many of the reviews are outdated
