With a few minor upgrades, this hotel could certainly improve. The pillows are awful. There are no towel racks in the bathroom. They only clean rooms every other day. And the fitness room only has warm water bottles. For the price of these rooms, this hotel is certainly not worth it.

Awesome Location! Rooms need a refresh and a bit old, bar is small and could use a refresh as well as a staff upgrade (slow)….Location makes up for it all of you want to be in Gold Coast! Also Sushi restaurant inside is outstanding! Hotel just needs some TLC and a refresh.
