Staff looked bothered to have a customer. Told me in order to return a package they would charge a $10 fee as “they are in a hotel”(despite having a label already. All that was needed was to drop off). Don’t bother.

Very polite and didn’t waste my time. They have a package handling fee even with prepaid labels up to 1 pound is $4 then 1 to 10 pounds is $10.
