Gorgeous and renovated store. The team are very attentive! It was quite busy when I visited. Nonetheless, everyone took time to answer questions. Once I had someone to work with, no matter who came in, the salesperson dedicated her time to our session. It probably makes sense to book ahead. Great store!

Hermes Chicago store is the best, Peter was amazing. He gave me the best service ever. I am so happy with my purchase. The manager was very nice. I would absolutely recommend this store!!
