Ulises and his manager (Sandra I believe) took great care of me when I visited this location on January 21st, it's a great feeling when your money feels valued and time. I will surely be back to shop here again.

Nice place. I went for a store pickup. No curbside pickup available at this store. You have to walk through store for online pickups. It’s a really nice store. No Sephora inside of JCPenney stores anymore but they do have their own beauty department.

We came to visit the food court. Unfortunately mostly everything is closed. It looks like a ghost town. Only one restaurant was serving. The outdoor parking area flower pots and flower beds were not maintained. No pretty flowers for summer. Didn't shop at JCPENNEY.
