Jewel-Osco is a grocery store with a friendly and amazing staff that provides great customer service. The store features a full produce department, a butcher block with an assortment of meat and seafood including sushi trays, a well-stocked bakery for custom cakes and cupcakes, and a deli offering party trays. Services include a pharmacy for immunizations, Grocery Delivery, DriveUp & Go™, and an Order Ahead service for bakery and deli items.
Shoppers appreciate the kind employees who are always nice and work diligently, even during busy times, to assist customers in a timely manner. The staff is noted for being helpful, listening to requests for specific items, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The florist section is also highlighted as being nicely stocked with outstanding service. While most feedback is highly positive, there is a note regarding the need to enforce parking rules outside the store to prevent blocked entrances. Overall, customers report a consistently excellent experience with all workers deserving recognition.
Love this jewel Osco! They have a lot of selection especially the Hispanic section. Compared to the last jewel I used to go, it was one shelf. But here it has a whole ISLE 😽❤ LOVE!
