Jewel-Osco is a grocery store offering groceries, a pharmacy, a bakery with custom cakes, a deli with party trays, and a butcher block with meat and seafood. Customers can use Grocery Delivery, DriveUp & Go™, and Order Ahead services. Some reviews call it the best location in town, praising the friendly, patient, and efficient staff, particularly at self-checkout, with one noting it is often cleaner and better stocked than other stores. However, other reviews report frequent long lines with too few cashiers, crowded self-checkout areas, and disorganized shelves where sale items are sometimes non-existent. Some customers have had poor experiences with staff they found rude, while others feel items are never restocked, forcing them to shop elsewhere.
This pharmacy is definitely one of the top 2 best pharmacies I've ever used.

On more than one occasion I've gotten a salad from here that was no good

They didn’t have everything I needed, but I was still really happy with my visit because I finally found something I’d been looking for forever. The staff were friendly too, especially the guy stocking the shelves who still took the time to help me. I really appreciated that!
