“I had a great experience with Marlee at AT&T. I came in because I had to replace my iPad through AppleCare and was having trouble getting everything set up. Marlee was incredibly patient and tried multiple times to get it working for me. Even though the setup ultimately didn’t go through, he clearly did everything he could on his end and explained that I would need to call 611 to complete the process, which I plan to do.
While I was there, he also helped me pick up an Apple Watch that I needed and took the time to go over all the details about the WiFi deal they’re offering. Thanks to his thorough explanation, I’ll definitely be taking him up on that offer.
