Amazing stay, top notch service and staff. If you travel for business there is no business lounge or separate restaurant option other than the Nobu Restaurant. The pool and spal area is a bit of an eye sore.

First time staying at a Nobu hotel and really enjoyed it. Rooms are large, service is great and the building (materials, amenities, etc) feels very upscale. Great location as well, best food scene in Chicago.
