Expect a wait time but trust that staff will be friendly once you get in. Chandler was particularly helpful when trying to work out an issue with my ePassport code, so I appreciated the extra effort he put in so that I could complete my testing that day.

Excellent and professional experience! The staff was welcoming, clearly explained the insurance and lab tests, and made sure I was fully informed before proceeding. They were patient, kind, and attentive. I will definitely return to this location.
