The location is close to almost everything, with plenty of places to eat around the hotel and convenient access to a loop stop and Divvy bikes. A free breakfast is offered and described as amazing and decent. The hotel has reasonable rates. Some guests note the unique access can be confusing initially. Reaching the hotel requires taking an elevator to the 39th floor and transferring to another to the 40th, where the reception is located. Accessing the garage from the room involves multiple elevator changes and a walk indoors, which can feel a bit of a hassle, though it is all indoors and feels safe. Parking options could be cheaper. There are many places with 'Buckingham' in the name, so careful navigation is advised. While generally quiet, some background noise was experienced. Overall, for the price and the view, it is definitely worth it and creates some of the best memories.
Absolutely one of the best hotels! Incredible views. Great staff. Once you figure out how to get the correct floor it’s easy to manage. Everyone was extremely helpful and I only had a few where do I go monuments before someone was there to help. Absolutely loved it being walking distance to so many places.

Keep this a secret. The hotel is fabulous. Built for visiting CEOs to the financial district it has quiet halls, spacious rooms and views to die for. It's quiet and walkable to many sites from Union station to the art museum. Located on the loop.

Beautiful room. Parking sucks/ pricey but nice location. Will be back.
