The Chicago Lighthouse was built in 1893 and is located on a breakwater in Chicago Harbor. The lighthouse is listed on the US National Register of Historic Places. The Chicago Lighthouse is the only surviving lighthouse in Chicago. The author of the project is the US Lighthouse Council.
