"The Stop" Auto Repair

Auto Repair , Towing
Hours: The Stop Auto Repair is a reliable and affordable auto shop that provides quality services to its customers. The father-and-son team at the shop are described as a "military special operation team" who are able to handle even the most difficult problems with their vehicles. Customers have had positive experiences with the shop, praising the affordable prices, reliable people, and the ability to fit them in for urgent repairs. One customer was able to get their alternator changed within an hour of dropping off their truck. However, some customers have had a "fair experience" at the shop, where they were able to fix the easier problems but chose to avoid the bigger issues, such as a gas leak and engine problems. The shop has been criticized for their communication, as they did not inform the customer about the problems they could not fix until the customer had already picked up their car. Overall, The Stop Auto Repair is a good shop that provides reliable and affordable services, but could improve on their communication with customers about the scope of work they can and cannot perform.
