The UPS Store #2872 in Chicago is an amazing and helpful location, not a typical UPS experience. The team is friendly, efficient, competent, and super helpful, even when very busy. Customers go out of their way to visit because the people are great and actually know what they're doing. The store offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, notary services, and more. It has single-handedly restored faith in humanity for some, with service that is fast and lowers stress levels. This locally owned store is the best UPS many have been to in a long time.
Some of the friendliest people working here. Short wait, quickly got my package labeled and shipped! An absolute delight compared to trying to use any of the USPS locations nearby.

This is the best UPS I have been to in a long time. The folks working were friendly and efficient, even though they were very busy and it was a few weeks before the holiday. I wish every UPS was like this one and/or I lived closer to this one.
