The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address, processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Customers generally have a good experience at the local USPS branch, despite it sometimes being understaffed. The lines can vary depending on the time and day, but the staff is friendly, and the building is clean. One customer had a particularly wonderful experience, as an employee went out of their way to fulfill their request for a specific stamp set. While there can be occasional wait times, the USPS staff is efficient and helpful, especially when it comes to passport services. One customer was able to complete a walk-up passport application in just 5 minutes, and another had a smooth experience with a 15-minute wait for their baby's new passport. Overall, the USPS provides reliable and affordable delivery services, with friendly and helpful staff, making it a convenient choice for customers' mailing and shipping needs.
Unfortunately the bad reviews do not exaggerate, and I wish I'd seen them sooner. Definitely report fraud and misconduct to the USPS Inspector General online hotline - you may not get your mail/time/sanity back but it's something.

Most of them are lazy and very disrespectful.
Edit: been on the phone for 40 minutes when automated voice said 13 min. I’m pretty sure there not capable answering a simple call or doing any work for that matter.
