I was initially nervous when I saw all of the negative reviews before mine. I needed to pickup an upgrade and get help setting up the new phone. My experience was really great! I only had to wait a short time, and the woman who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was super helpful. Would definitely go back!

Verizon phones are good phones but they are expensive I was with them about 5 years
