“I moved away from the city some years ago and like a true Chicagoan, I wanted to have some gear to Rep it. There was never any gear that I could find that I liked enough to buy. I tried buying gear from the Alley but the quality was just too cheap for me and most of the designs were a bit punk/goth. Then I found these guys. I absolutely love the play on words of Cook County as well as some of the city's iconic symbols. The quality of the clothes is top notch. I have a few hoodies and they are the most comfortable hoodies I own. I've ordered on-line and bought in person as well. Both a great experience. Show these local guys some love and rep your city well.”

“Five stars. Went here to pick up a Christmas gift. The store has a good selection of women's clothing, accessories like jewelry and purses, baby gifts, and decor. When checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer a free gift wrapping (at least, during the holidays). The present came wrapped up in a nice box, complete with tissue paper, a fabric red ribbon, and a decorative ornament on top. Great local business!”
“I went to visit this store to check out their bras. Since I normally purchased my bras from Ashley Stewart. When i walked into the store, it was very neat, perfect lighting, and a huge bra selection. Much greater than AS. I was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested doing measurements before we began looking at bras. Of course, my size had changed. She made a suggestion as to the kind i should try and let me tell you. IT WAS PERFECT. My size was not available in the store, so she ordered the bra online for me. With the option to pick up at the store or have it delivered to my address. We did run into a small problem with making the payment, but the manager on shift that day was very creative and amazing.”

“The women here are so very helpful and amazing at finding you the right fitting bra. Sometimes it takes hours to find the perfect match, but they are committed to doing so. The women here are very accommodating and helpful when it comes to certain styles working or not for the individual. Highly recommend this location, as I had bad fittings at other locations. They actually took back the ill fitting bras and applied the money towards the new purchases.”

“The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.”

“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”

“Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”
