“I travel to Quad Cities as often every month. I had a few hours to exercise and it started to rain. I called here and they told me I could do a daily pass but when I went in his cc terminal was down. So I wrote this review to say, “bodybuilders this is home away from home, it’s not huge but it has all you need to get in a good pump!” I’ll be back !! Thanks for the lift ??‍♀️”

“What got me started at 9Rounds was the convenience of drop in workouts, quick but challenging 45 minutes and a variety of exercises that changes daily so every day is something different. What keeps me there are the amazing trainers who are all so energetic, fun and your biggest cheerleaders! Try it!!!!”

“Rock Island - Great numbers of machines for accessory lifts. Older plates with great balance mixed with unbalanced newer ones. Good for experienced lifters. Bench had one fresh greased the other day.Curl bars are a wide variety.Women will love the glute machines and Smith barbell rack.Step up metal frames, two sets of dumbell racks.Plenty of squat racks.3-4 flat benches and incline both ways benches. There's also stair stepper, treadmills, ellipticals.Very good access to equipment of a wide variety. Doesn't smell bad.”

“I have been coming to this park for many, many years for baseball. First as a teenage ball player, then and now as the father of young children and teen ballplayers. The park has made a few upgrades through the years, but most importantly, they are keeping it clean, keeping functioning bathrooms, and still hosting ballgames.Restrooms: They are functional and that is the most important factor.”

“Best YMCA in the area for weight training, friendly employees, clean, general sense of consideration between members

Sometimes there is a lot of people huddled around talking. I don’t mind but sometimes it’s in front of equipment. Just something to keep in mind if it bothers you.”

“Very convenient location. Never too crowded. Nice pool with lanes for laps, deep end, do your own thing area. Nice very large hot tub area with relaxing view. Simple track for walking. Plenty more things I don't use. Minus 1 star for the occasional lifeguard personal music choices. Maybe I'm getting old but if the radio ain't playing it, the swimmers ain't likely into it. I like Primus and Frank Zappa, but I won't assume anyone else does at a pool. Extrapolate from there and you'll be fine.”

“Tommy and Roxy inspire people to get up and move at any age. We work hard and still laugh and forget our stress while we are with them. Its hard to go to the gym after work or when life is bringing you down but knowing you will see Tommy or Roxy when you get there, life will wait til after the workout then you can return to it. Thank you. Caroline was my first experience with Top Shape classes, she made my day better also.”

“The Planet Fitness in Moline is a nice facility to come and exercise. The Manager and her staff work really hard to ensure a clean facility, with machines in good working condition. They are very helpful, and attentive to the facility.

I will share that I did witness a concerning situation awhile back, on a Saturday night, around the time the gym was closing. There was a male employee working at the time, who spoke with some type of accent. A woman with a disability was in the restroom. The male employee was a bit harsh in his tone with guests to get everyone out of the building due to it being closing time. The woman with the disability, finishing in the restroom, requested to another female guest to please alert this male staff member she wound be coming out soon. Unfortunately, the male staff member was very rude to the woman alerting him of the woman with the disability who was still in the restroom. This male staff member was very unhappy learning the woman with the disability was still in the restroom, and blurted out a disdainful remark to the woman who was alerting him saying, “We don’t need people like that in here”. This male staff member’s remark was very inappropriate, and very concerning toward the disability community.”
