“I just want to say that Glass America was very very responsive! SafeLite was supposed to fix it first and the appointments were rescheduled 5 times! Every single time, there was a “crack” or a “scratch” in the windshield. For all I know, it was the same windshield every time and they were too incompetent to know that. I finally had enough and asked my insurance company for someone else. I talked to Glass America on Friday and they made an appointment for the following Monday — not 2 weeks later like SafeLite. Am very pleased with the work and response of Glass America and recommend them unequivocally!”
