“My last accident was almost 40 years ago and much has changed in how the process works. However Cyndee and Paul guided me through everything and got my vehicle repaired on time. It looks like nothing ever happened to it. Cyndee, Paul and the entire team at Caliber that worked on my vehicle have my eternal thanks.”
“Very pleased with the customer service and the work that was done. I'm from out of state and I had some minor scratches that I wanted repaired before I left town in the coming days. Tony was able to get me in the next day and I had the car returned to me the day after. The work was flawless. Highly recommend.”

“They did great work and were very friendly! Got the car done earlier than expected and communicated with me through the whole process from the first time I called to have the car towed there until the car was ready!”
“Excellent Service!! We had a break-in at 3:30am that broke the front door glass. By 10am the same day the glass had been replaced!! Highly, highly recommend. Thank you!!”
“I had an old aftermarket backup camera replaced on my 2004 Ford Explorer in order to position it more along the midline of the vehicle. From the cost estimate to the time required for replacement, the entire service was spot on. The job was extremely well done; I wouldn’t be able to know that an aftermarket camera was used removed and new one mounted. The vehicle doesn’t look like anyone had worked on it, fit and finish was just that clean. Five stars each for price, time, professionalism and for the final result. Very pleased with the work well done.”
“We had our back sliding door window replaced after hot/cold air shattered it. Hands down we will come back here any time we need with windows or glass done. Nice people on the phone too.”

“I had my windshield replaced and the process was easy & efficient. Only took a couple of hours and they gave me a loaner car. The employees were nice and easy going, highly recommend this place!!”
“We received misinformation from our insurance company.
I was passed from one person to another for almost 2 hours
When Karen finally got on the phone she had it straightened out in a matter of minutes. She was able to understand the problem get it straightened out and had us scheduled for a replacement in a matter of minutes
Thank goodness, Karen answered the phone. She was very professional and polite. I'm not sure what I would've done and she not picked up the phone.”
“Easiest thing you'll ever do is taking your vehicle to Martin Glass. The people are great and they take care of everything including filing the insurance claim. They do great work and I would not go anywhere else.”
“When I called Glass Doctors to see about having them replace my windshield, I was happily surprised at the price and how fast they were able to come to where I was at and fix the windshield. I called shortly after they opened, and had a new windshield by three that afternoon. The gentleman who installed my windshield was prompt, courteous, and answered me questions. I have and would recommend Glass Doctors to anyone.”
“Our installer went above and beyond. The warehouse gave him two wrong windshields, and instead of us having to reschedule, which we were fine with, he went back to the warehouse to get the correct ones and installed both mine and my husband's that same day. He did an amazing job, even with it being 98 outside.”

“Perfect bodywork and perfect paint match on my brand new 2026 Hyundai Tucson that got hit by a large rock. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care from everyone throughout the process. The customer service was outstanding, communication was constant, and the overall superb experience is why I will be going back to Schaefer Autobody in O’Fallon IL for any other bodywork.”
