“I was referred here as an over-the-road trucker almost a year agi. I really wish that I had listened. I have multiple bone spurs and when they flare up it really hurts. This business is absolutely amazing. The staff are super receptive and very knowledgeable. The business is easy to approach and the products are affordable. “The bad review about not being able to return worn shoes? They tell you the no return policy - upfront. You can get an exchange, there's also a big sign at the register. And they say you cannot return shoes if they appear worn on the bottoms. I brought my Hokas back and exchanged them for a pair of Brooks Ghost 17, that fit better. The sales guys are super patient and wait on you. They're not off playing on their phones like a lot of other places. Their customer service can't be beat. You'd need to be an extremely rude and difficult customer to leave unhappy. Unless you can't follow simple instructions about returns.”

“I ordered my boyfriend a Brumate walnut shaker for his birthday through this company. I did so because brumate had recently stopped selling the product. I was nervous that it wouldn't be the right thing or that it was a scam, because these days you can't trust just anything online. My order came in yesterday after only a few days of waiting. Let me just say, I was more than impressed. Not only was it the exact product I wanted, it was handled with care and accompanied by a hand written note. Thank you for being so amazing. I will definitely be shopping with them again. More than impressed by this company! Great job and I highly suggest shopping with them either online or in store!”

“Excellent customer service from store associates Mrs. Megan and Mrs. Arianna. My husband was driving from OK to OH and forgot his nice shoes. He has an important event first thing the next morning and by the time he'd reach his destination, most stores would be closed. I began to called places along his route and Shoe Carnival was just off the highway. These two ladies helped me locate his shoes size( 15 extra wide) and in a darker color to accommodate for the occasion. They were extremely accommodating, pleasant to work with, and helped my husband when he arrived shortly after I spoke with then. They truly helped in relieving stress by helping us with this situation and we will forever be grateful. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. If you ever need anything shoe related in the St. Louis area, I would recommend that you go to this store first just based off their selection and customer service.”

Everything was at a great price, a couple months ago I bought shoes from a different place which was Journey kids. They costed $100 here I only had to pay $70. That is all I have to say about how great this place is.”

“They got a little bit of everything mens shoe wise. I'm not a huge shoe person who cares about the latest trends. But they have a decent selection, and good prices. I've been buying shoes here for years, and don't think I've paid more than $75 for a pair of shoes. Even in the last few years with inflation going crazy. It doesn't seem shoe carnival has been affected
by the inflation that has plagued pretty much every business.”

“I really dig this place but I purchased a pair of jeans got home & realized that tag had a red sticker on it for $24.97 but receipt says sale $30.00.im so confused but any hoo I only paid $21.67 total due to using $10.00 in rewards points when I should have paid $14.& Sum change.”
