“I was in tonight, 10/21. I just wanted to say the manager that was on duty deserves an award. A customer was upset that she couldn’t return something and gave the customer all the info to contact corporate and figure out why. This customer continued to go on and on being outright rude to the employee who was just doing her best. I did end up asking the woman why she felt the need to act like this to someone who was just doing her best.The manager did a stellar job staying calm and not allowing this ick of a human to get under her skin!So if you get a bad review from this disgruntled customer, please don’t feel bad for her. She waited in the parking lot for me to come outside. About ran her vehicle into both me and my 2 year old then verbally assaulted me.”

“I went in to find my size in a particular shoe (the shop didn't have the style I was wanting so I'll have to get it online) but the staff was super helpful and cool with me trying shoes on without the intent of purchasing. It also was a nice bonus that we made conversation about each other's tattoos.Bummed the shoe style I was wanting is on the designers site only and not at Journey's, otherwise I would have spent money with them for sure, haha”

They also regularly have wonderful sales & maintain a nicely stocked clearance section in the store. My family & I are extremely satisfied customers. As we've bought many pairs of sandals & shoes from this store and have never been disappointed. As much as we love our shoes. We also enjoy doing business with the two women who run the store.
