“Today I had the best customer service experience I’ve had in probably 10 years.
My mom and I went shopping for my birthday to find a new pair of jeans. After a lot of trial and error at multiple stores, I finally settled on two pairs from American Eagle that I wasn’t completely in love with, but I needed new jeans.
After leaving, I decided to give Buckle a try. I hadn’t shopped there since high school, but I remembered how an employee had once gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of jeans. That same experience happened again today with Sarah.
Sarah was incredible. She immediately understood what would work best for my body type, helped me find the right sizing, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. More importantly, she made me feel confident.
Because of the service I received from Sarah, I returned everything I had purchased at the other store and chose to spend my money at a company that clearly trains its employees to genuinely care about their customers.
It’s rare these days to receive this level of customer service. I’m not usually someone who takes the time to leave reviews, but Sarah absolutely earned this one and deserves recognition for the exceptional experience she provided.

“Mr. Boots & Shoes in Fairview is truly a hidden gem! I brought in 3 pairs of Birkenstock slides and he fixed them perfectly. I have very flat feet, so finding stylish yet comfortable shoes with orthopedic support for summer is tough, but he listened to my concerns, made thoughtful adjustments, and was incredibly reasonable with the price. His wisdom and care made the whole experience great. So glad I was referred and highly recommend!”

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a cheerful smile. The store was immaculately clean and in order.
I had spent months shopping for a pair of good walking shoes for my husband. We would find a shoe he liked, or I should say was okay at another store but they wouldnt have his size. We spent countless hours searching!
The shoe Carnival had a mass variety of men's tennis shoes that were fabulous for achy feet, And they had his size.
I HIT THE JACKPOT!!!
I walked out with 4 pairs of tennis shoes for him that day!
The tiny snag...The employee should have asked if they could help me find something.

“Jonathan was most helpful and respectful. He help me exchange a pair of NB and pick up an order. The ordered size didn't fit but he took the time to try other sizes. He checked to see what the store had and what was available online. He's quite patient. Customer service was amazing. I'll look for Johnathan whenever I am in the St. Clair Square mall !”
