The finished work far exceeded my expectations, and especially for the cost. The shop also did a great job getting my truck in and out the door from the time I scheduled an appointment. Do be patient as they have a steady flow of customers. “These people seriously rock. My 2013 Buick’s side mirror had a run in with a pole and needed to be replaced. I called and got quoted by 2 other shops. Nearly 1k each quote. I called Eric at J&R and they got me fixed up for 300 bucks. They were extremely responsive and kind. They even tossed in a free headlight that had recently gone out with all of the winter storms. If I could give a 100/10 I would. Thank you guys for giving honest quotes and not inflating the price for quality work. Shops like this are hard to come by nowadays.”

“This auto-body shop is near cornfields on the outskirts of Belleville, IL. There is nothing fancy about it. No frills, no waiting area and absolutely not near any other business' except farmland. However, they took care of two fender-benders for me on two different suvs in 2023 (my Infiniti and my wife's Lexus). The repairs were professionally performed, reasonably priced and delivered on time! I visited several of the more known body shops first, but Westview was able to complete my repairs sooner than some were able to get me in for a quote! I will use them again, but hopefully I won't need to for a long while.”

“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”
