Helpful staff: While I search for my selections, a staff member will ask if I need anything. The best part? When I tell them I don't need help, they let me know they'll be around if needed....and they leave me be. THAT'S listening to the customer.

I was pleased to find exceptional customer service and ceiling tiles that were $10 less than what I paid at Lowe’s. I had to buy the remaining tiles here because Lowe's was out of stock. “I don't like how they close off aisles for extended periods of time. Sometimes I need to grab something in a hurry and end up waiting 10 minutes because something is being stocked. Other than that, the store has most of what I need most of the time.”
