“Pool broken down, had to switch to a new room due to unclean bathroom and ants, service people acted as if customers are a nuisance. No free coffee in the lobby, no breakfast except the attached restaurant. Same cost at other motels, but they offer more.”

I added a “Special Request” through the app, and they (extra towels and pillows) were in my room when I checked in. The pool area was clean and had great presentation. The breakfast had plenty options and cleaned after each guest finished- ensuring that there was always a place to find a seat. Only Con was no USB Ports. Keep doing what you’re doing!Rooms: Nice room layout and great staff. “Love, love, loved the Drake in oak Brook. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, the room service was awesome and the food was so delicious. Ricky was our valet attendant he went about and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend the Drake in Oak Brook we were so happy, were going back to rent a suite for the weekend. Such a beautiful, beautiful experience. Never disappointed.”

“Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.”

“This is an older motel that has been improved. Rooms are cozy quiet and lots of extra touches to make it like a studio apartment. Coffee and sweet roll offered. Low priced so you can afford a big breakfast at a nearby pancake house.Safety: Very safe.”
“We had a king room. No issue with the main room. The bathroom was cramped. The vanity was much too small for our two toiletry items. The toilet location was cramped. When opening the hinged shower door, water from the door dripped quite a bit on the floor and towel mat.Other than that our stay was wonderful. As an Army veteran I received a very nice rate reduction. Thank you Hyatt.All services in the main entry area of the hotel were top notch! The complementary breakfast was delicious. Christina made us a delicious custom ingredient omelet. She was so accommodating and sweet. In the kitchen she makes all of the other delicious selections. The bar and the several food items they serve are very good. The seating is plentiful.”

“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”
“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“I have traveled to many hotels but this was really nice. The food was good, service was great and I sleep good.Rooms: I really like the sink, refrigerator, and microwave set up. The bathroom has a double door. One to the bedroom and one to the living room. There was a balcony with a huge TV, couch and chairs.Nearby activities: OakBrook Mall is near and there are multiple things straight down one street for about 10 blocks. “Was EXACTLY what I needed after a long night out. The bed was very comfy and inviting. The shower and water was SUPER hot which I loved, and overall, everything was pretty clean! My small gripe was the small bundle of baby ants that lingered right by where the fridge was, but other than that? “Great hotel with lots of amenities....pool, fitness room, hot tub. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel is easy to access because it is near a major expressway. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was really good...made to order omelets/eggs and tons of other additions like French toast, sausage, potatoes, pastries, yogurt, bagels, and cereal. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The rooms are remodeled with nice floors. The staff is very friendly and good standard rooms. 24hr fitness has the standard cardio machines and one bench to do weights. Unfortunately when I went, it had only a pair of 30lb but still, great that there was a room to exercise in! Breakfast bar offers an omlet station, waffel maker and some protein!”

“We had room with 2 queen size beds. Nice location 25 min from the airport.Flesh white towels, soap and shampoo, napkins were available. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer.Room was with carpet. TV, microwave, coffee mashine and small fridge.There no available spot to keep documents, but you can keep it in the reception.Lot of the parking spots.The location is super comfortable 5 min away by car from Walmart, target. 5 min from the pharmacy "Walgreens".Calm place not far from the police station.Continental breakfast available. There is a sidewalk so you can walk a little if needed.Super nice and clean lobby. You can print needed document in the lobby.Check in at 3pm. Check out at 12.00 pm.”
