“Our family fell in love with Serrelli's at their first location on North Avenue, just west of Pulaski, back in 1966. I wish digital cameras were around then because it had an absolutely engaging and lovable sign swinging outside the store that touted 'home of 'Roost Beef.' The affair is ongoing. My daughter and her husband make a long drive from the North 'burbs to get what us part of our family's holiday tradition - Italian beef, the bread and all the add-ons. A year ago I moved to Texas and I miss Serrelli's (and Johnny's, Jimmy's Hot Dogs, Gene & Judes and more. Texas is a wasteland when it comes to ethnic foods sources in the Houston area; There are more fast food chains littering the wide open spaces than anyplace I've ever been.Less anyone think all Serrelli's sells is beef - It is a treat to one's olfactory senses to enter the store. There's a honest-to-gosh butcher counter, pastas, olive oils and spices and a freezer of Italian specialties. When the storefront was modernized I feared it would change the experience. It didn't!”

“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“My mom's phone carrier was Sprint before Sprint merged with T-Mobile. T-Mobile has been sending me new SIM cards to install, and I procrastinated beyond the May 1, 2023, deadline which caused mom's phone to stop working. I am handling mom's finances and am her full-time caregiver. Today I needed to transfer money between her accounts and could not receive the code to log into the account since the phone had been inactivated. I went to the Lemont T-Mobile and was told they could not access the old Sprint accounts. The salesperson told me to go to Homer Glen. When I got to Homer Glen, I was told they do not have access to old Sprint accounts anymore either. I was so frazzled. At first Mo was going to give me the customer service number to call from home, but after seeing how stressed out I was, he said we could call from the store. Between Mo and Dave, I had a working phone when I walked out of the store. I am so grateful to both of them. Stop in next time you need a phone--you will love the customer service! Thanks Mo and Dave!”

“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

“I came in a week ago to get a new account. I really wanted the iPhone 14 pro, and since it was on backorder, they had to have it shipped to me. A few days later, I had my phone! I didn't expect it to get it so fast! The associates here are so helpful! And I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to services. I'm here again today, December 17, 2022 because I tried to activate my new device at home and totally FAILED! The online chat support associates were of no help and they redirected me to go to a T-Mobile store. Since I had a great experience last week, I came back for help. Today I was helped by Norelys, who is AMAZING! She was able to get my new device activated and help me bring up the iCloud backup on this new iPhone 14 pro device! 110% Recommend this location! I'm walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!”
