“We bought our couch from Hometown Furniture a year ago. The owners were so helpful, explaining options and prices. They were so patient while we made decisions and made sure we had the right measurements for each, not pushy at all like your bigger furniture chains. More recently, a cushion had a tear, and Hometown facilitated the outreach to the manufacturer for the replacement covering. I am so thankful for the hometown store they are. Definitely recommend if you are looking for new furniture!”
“Ross met my husband and myself at the door. He took us around and explained the different brands and types of mattresses offered. We had bought our previous mattress from his Father. Ross gave us the time to try out the selections and believe me when I say I tried every one of them. He explained when the order would be placed and when the mattress would come in. We were called on the 4th, as informed. We set up delivery for the 6th. The guys called, they were at our home at the promised time. The young men were respectful, polite and fast. I am highly satisfied and pleased. We love our new mattresses and we highly recommend buying from City Wide.”
