“Kyle was able to stitch my $300 pair of red wings on very short notice as I'm working out of state. Thankfully he saved my boot and my pockets especially because this pair of boots happen to be my favorite so far! Thanks alot Kyle! Will always get red wings because they're repairable most of the time.”

“Writing this review due to the outstanding service i got from an employee as this is the first time I have ever shopped at Journeys! Before I had come in I witnessed a customer get very mad at the lady that was just trying to help get her a shoe which the customer proceeded to call the employee racist. When i walked in that same employee helped me and she was so very kind and in no way did i feel she was racist at all! I had felt so bad for the way she was treated but even after that she treated me with such kindness and positivity! Great customer service! I didn’t catch her name but I will be coming back because of her! These are the shoes i got!”
“So happy I stumbled across the Zumiez in the Joliet mall today… I found lots of great things for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. The customer Service was immaculate they asked what brand I was looking for and size and found me 3 shirts that I loved and purchased, thanks to their help!!!”
“The new ASM, William, was very helpful and did a great job assisting me while the store was very busy. He was attentive and quick on his feet. I was indecisive about which pair of shoes to buy but I ended up purchasing both pairs due to William being knowledgeable about the products and merchandise being sold in the store. He enlightened me about how one shoe would be better for running and another for everyday comfortability with a splash of fashion. After careful consideration and deliberation, I agreed with him. Any questions I had, he was able to answer (and I was asking a lot of questions) he was patient and did not get frustrated with me while also making sure his employees and other customers were taken care of. I’ve never seen an employee multitask so effectively and effortlessly while also confidently maintaining a leadership role. He also had a great personality and conversation. I hope he’s there the next time I visit!”

“Our customer service representative call me immediately (on vacation) and informed me that Christopher was not happy that we made a custom patch for his vest. We were concerned that embroidering directly on the vest would prevent protective plates from being installed correctly. I called Christopher and informed him we were crediting him in full for the work and would remove the patch and name plate and embroider directly onto the vest free of charge. Christopher thanked me for refunding the money we agreed on a plan of action to rectify the issue.”
“Today I had to get new boots for a job and I had Grey to help me. I had my foot fitted, told where my pressure points are, and told the size that works the best for my foot. Grey answered all of my questions and helped me figure out what boot would work best for me along with helping me stay warm with merino wool socks. It's important to mention that I was there a little after 5pm since I was trying on different boots and things but Grey never rushed me. I had an amazing experience and I am glad that Grey could help me today.”

“I visited Me Tu Boutique Bella yesterday. Angela, the owner, greeted me with her courteous and friendly smile. Since I have been a customer for several years, she explained to me the items on the sale rack and the new clothes that came in. We walked throughout the store and she showed the new items. I found a beautiful sweater and a blouse on the sale rack. I tried on both items so Angela could see. She is always honest and gave her approval that they both fit and gave her suggestions on how to accessorize. I bought both items. The prices are excellent! This shop is a treasure in downtown Plainfield. Angela and her associates are always friendly and professional. I suggest visiting this store if you haven't already. Wendy V.”

“I love visiting this location. The staff is always so friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door like you are a valued customer! I came shoe shopping today, but I always find the most adorable outfits too, great skincare products and nick nacks for around the house. This is the one place where I can actually find lingerie that is stylish, in a variety of colors and made for thick ladies. I'm a huge fan of Betty Boop and Bebe's and they always have something new that I can add to my collection.”

“I absolutely am grateful for this shoe store..I managed to find something every time I shop..I have a wide width and can't seem to get what I need at other places..But low and behold it never seems to fail me with brands like Rebox to Hey Dude..and prices that have me looking over my shoulder for the price police..seriously I don't only love this place ( just call me Imelda for my # of shoes in my closet) but all the customer service has never left un happy..”
