“This is not the Burlington Coat Factory I grew up with. That one was a class act and more like a department store. This one was more like Ross or TJ Maxx but more raw with lots of red signs. I went on a Saturday and it was like Xmas time with clothes everywhere... Like the store got shook upa little. I went there to find a coat and they had the best selection of coats in the area, but it was not easy to pick one since the aisles are tiny and I was stepping over clothes or moving clothes aside to see what was hanging beneath. After finally finding something, I went and got in line... A really really long line. After what felt like ten minutes (but was probably five) of me not moving more than a foot, my daughter and I gave up and decided to Co. E back another day. If our stuff was gone, so be it.With the store as messy as it was, I'd hate to think what xmas is like at this store. I recommend you visit on a weekday... Probably in the morning or afternoon, as this place had a ton of people. I don't know if they were understaffed or just couldn't keep up with the crowd... I also couldn't see the registers so I don't know how many people were working the counter... But I'd say busy busy busy...and definitely some good deals. I will go back on a slower day.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is our second year coming to this establishment for prom dresses. We purchased a dress last year as well, which was just as much success as this year. The staff is PHENOMENAL, and make the girls shopping for dresses feel safe and comfortable. As a mother, this is a huge relief. They are extremely attentive and very personable. They even have an alternation specialist available for dress alterations. We found the perfect dress for Senior prom all thanks to the amazing staff. This is the only shop I personally will continue to recommend even in the future for other parents. Highly Highly recommend!!!!!!!”

We gave her the details of what we wanted, and she and the designer went above and beyond. She also stayed within our discussed budget and got our custom wedding plate to us in no time. They even wrapped the gift for us. The wedding plate is absolutely beautiful, and the bride and groom have expressed how much they love it. “I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!”
“I absolutely Love this location!!! I walked in and found 6 pairs of shoes/heels/sandals/flip flops right off the bat! They were very stylish and affordable. Then I was able to find some other great deals on my shopping list (and a ton that weren't on it ?). I live in the North suburbs and our Ross is always picked apart and a mess. This location was neat and well stocked. I would gladly drive the hour and a half drive just to come shopping here. ??️❤️”
