“This is one of our go to stores. Always clean, well organized, with courteous staff. We like Kohl's for value, style, and selection. We are in this store almost weekly.”

“Their inventory is better than the 95th street location. I don’t go here often anymore. I usually have my husband pick things up on his way home from work as needed. The drive up is very fast, and the workers are polite. I am glad that this one has things in stock that I actually need.”

“?? Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am - 11:00 am.

?? Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I’m a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe.

? Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. ? They didn’t play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn’t play music right away.

⭐️ Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn’t too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can’t return cologne since it wasn’t sealed.

?️ Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

“Massive store, huge selection and variety overall but with specifics like men's clothing there is mostly generic and multiples of the exact same brands without much color, style, or brand choices. Oddly difficult to find Under Armour, Fila, Zara, or other above average names, also odd to find the red tag items. Discounted goods seem randomly placed here and there without any actual spot, annoying as I sometimes find exactly what I want as I shop counter seasonally for them deals!”
