“After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Palatine IL store I had called the Crystal Lake IL store and spoke with a kind gentleman named Nick. I had discussed with him what my issue was and without hesitation he told me that he could help. I did drive an hour to get to the store but it was definitely worth it. Nick was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend the Crystal Lake store to anyone looking for a great carrier with exceptional customer service!

“So I was returning a ps5 controller bc it had some defects ( o button was sticking) so I went to this location to do that. They had to order one bc none were in stock. I got the new controller in the mail and it was damaged. I went to the store showed them and the store manager David came out to look at what could be done. David tried to rub off the damage thinking it was something that would rub off. Unfortunately it made the problem worse and on top of that the controller was not in stock at any bestbuy or online. So I had to get a similar one but not the exact same. I was very upset and David handled it very well and was very understanding. Come a month later I saw they had it online. So I went in and it was a hassle free experience.”

“Ran into Att with a goal in mind. Within 30 seconds of walking in I was greeted by Bradley who was an absolutely amazing individual. He had me all set with my purchases (2 watches and AirPods) and I was on my way in a matter of 20 minutes. It should be noted that even though the quick turnaround time, Bradley even made it a point to assist others while working with me yet I still felt extremely cared for and left as a very happy customer.
