We last week and didn't buy anything but we have so many questions about new IPhone, watches , accessories even billing . Thank you to Mr. Carson for been an example of a 5 stars customer service. Today I came back and purchased a watch a phone and bunch of accessories. I didn't see Carson but we got again a great customer service from a different associate .”
“Ran into Att with a goal in mind. Within 30 seconds of walking in I was greeted by Bradley who was an absolutely amazing individual. He had me all set with my purchases (2 watches and AirPods) and I was on my way in a matter of 20 minutes. It should be noted that even though the quick turnaround time, Bradley even made it a point to assist others while working with me yet I still felt extremely cared for and left as a very happy customer. Thanks to employees like Bradley, I’ll be heading back to ATT for all my wireless purchases. Great job on finding this guy ATT. You got yourself a good one!!”

“I walked in with a broken phone that was out of warranty and was greeted by Omar. He was very knowledgeable and didn't apply the usual sales pressure that I normally get from phone stores. He was able to walk me through different models pros and cons and ultimately got me into a phone that I actually need without additional fluff that didn't matter. Overall pleasant experience after breaking a phone. Would recommend this location and Omar to friends.”

Called this location and they said they’d swap it out no problem. I was in and out in 5 minutes after wasting 30+ minutes at the crystal lake store. 5 star service.”
“I switched from spectrum one month ago. And is the best decision I ever made? I love total wireless and I only pay $35 a month. Even for unlimited hotspot, 2 included, thank you, Mike. For helping us out switching from spectrum, I live in Wisconsin lake, Geneva. It has really good service.I don't see a difference from the service that I had before”
