She is very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful. From what I could hear of the other employees helping elderly or handicapped clients they were the same. Pricing for higher quality footwear seemed very reasonable to me. If I lived here this would be my go to place for supportive or outdoor footwear! “The manager is really nice and helpful, she helped me redeem my rewards coupon when I had a problem. Picking up and returning online orders is really easy, other staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, one guy explained the best products to use to take care of my boots. Good selection of things to choose from, store is well maintained and organized, great customer service and overall experience.”
