“I would highly recommend Scott’s Service Place. I own an Infiniti 2011 QX56 and required a lot of work. Erika was very friendly and has a great attitude.I worked with Scott and he is very detail oriented and was thorough in explaining the problems and what it would cost. They won’t perform any work until you agree. He will let you know how severe your issues are and areas where it’s not necessary to fix yet and he’ll give you options.I would definitely take my car there and I plan to take my other vehicle there for maintenance and repairs.Thank you! “I came across this repair shop completely by accident. My truck broke down in the Oak Brook area. I started searching on Google for the nearest repair shops. As it turned out later, I was very lucky. DuPage Tire and Auto , in my opinion, deserves the highest rates. All the work was done by very professional people who know their business. “Incredibly happy with their work and dedication to figuring out problems! My car had a problem where the steering wheel leaned to the left and I thought it was an alignment problem so I originally took it into Mavis and they told me it was an alignment issue. I brought it into Mavis again after the first alignment and they still claimed it was an alignment issue, which didn't fix the problem at all (plus they left oil and grease marks everywhere on the driver's side door). Finally I took it to R and V and they found out the steering knuckle was the problem. My car is driving normal again! Very happy with them and the would highly recommend this shop! Thank you so much guys, will definitely come back!”

“I noticed a low tire when I got off of work today. In a hurry for the holidays, I found this place between work and home. I was able to walk in and have them repair my issue in a timely fashion where they explained well of what they found. I thought I had a nail, but instead, they found that my wheel wasn't sealed properly due to small corrosion - fixed. I had bad luck with the same tire/wheel a year ago (blowout on the highway), and what they told me seemed spot on where personally looking back when my dealership inspected my tires a year ago, but never inspected my wheels, it explains that small mayhem at that time. They basically solved my small one-year mystery!They also inspected other components of my vehicle. Although my vehicle is sorta new (2022 civic, 22k miles, low profile tires), they pointed out that my brake fluid was a little low, which makes sense since I just recently got it flushed somewhere else (dealership, a mistake) now knowing the dealership did a poor job. They also found another very small issue that most new cars have but never tried to upsell me at the end, they just left it as notes; they did exactly what someone wants, go in for the intended repair, and walk out with new knowledge of potential future issues without a proposed price tag. That's how this business should work.I will continue to conduct business with this shop!”
