“This was a great facility! So clean as well as appearing to be somewhat newly constructed. The manager was so helpful especially upon emptying out the unit. She credited us February's monthly fee in that we vacated by Feb 20. Also front desk person Roberto is INCREDIBLE! He's so kind, patient and knowledgeable!!!! Highly recommend!!”

“The cafe is modernized with the ability to order food online or in person in a kiosk and usually self pay. I like the grill station and is the only station I actually go to out of 3 station they have. Would recommend the Parmesan chicken sandwich. Sadly, this is a locked facility and only employees are able to come in.”

“The storage is inside they also have climate control it's cheaper than public storage and Public Storage went up on my storage $30 so I moved $19.95 for the truck plus first month rent is free they are also hiring”
“Customer service has a new name and it's Andres. nice to see that there are still people who actually care about making the customer experience a pleasant one. Andres, the gentleman who was working on the day of our pick up of truck, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure that all our questions were answered,We had also reserved a storage unit on line. Because of a clerical error on part, we had a mistakenly requested a second floor mezzanine storage unit. Andres quickly checked computer, found an alternate storage unit, for a slightly higher monthly price, and switched it out; Quick, easy no fuss. We are very happy.Give this guy a raise! or a Bonus!. Excellent customer service....Nick L.”
“U-Haul can be confusing and difficult to reach by phone, but Mark at 131st and Southwest Hwy made sure we had our truck and even came out to meet us on Sunday, because he knew we were concerned about using the phone app. I know that they are the largest U-Haul agent in our area and I would highly recommend using them over a gas station or other business that has U-Haul as a side business. Great job!”

“Just a few computer glitches, but otherwise everything was great. Clean drive able 10 foot truck. Get there early if you don't have a reservation to make sure you get a truck. Better yet, reserve one”
“I reserved a van for 4 hours, I signed in before hand on the uhaul website, Once I arrived it took less than 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork and receive the keys. The lady behind the desk was very pleasant. The entire experience was fast and easy and if I ever need to rent a truck or van again, I will come here.”
“Rented a sod cutter for the day. Customer service was great and staff were knowledgeable and showed us how to operate it. Ended up having the sod cutter back within 3 hours so they charged us the lower rate. Prices very reasonable. Would definitely rent from here again!”

“In the Home Depot of Shorewood at the Pro Desk works a lady by the name of Geina. Geina amplifies the word employee. She goes out of her way to help HD contractors and guests. Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor.
