I initially thought to buy the new phone outright although decided to purchase it over a three-year service commitment and not go directly to the manufacturer because doing it that way felt right based on how I was treated at this Verizon store (in Long Grove).”

“I came in to this location because wanted to upgrade my phone from a 15 to the new 17 Pro Max and Joey helped me a lot with getting this done. We also were able to upgrade our WiFi and save! I was able to get a good deal for this upgrade and Joey was patient and answered all the questions I have. I definitely recommend this location and working with Joey. He was great and very nice!”
“I dropped my old phone in the pool the night before and the following morning to be able to work I had to access the Authenticator but with out my phone it was impossible. I went into your store right when it opened and Erick was available and help me pick a new phone as my old was no good anymore.
