“I’ve passed by the bank for along time so when my husband and I were looking for a good rate for some CD’s that were coming due elsewhere we stopped in (they don’t publish their rates but u can call and they will tell you what they have) and spoke to Birva who is the banking center manager. She was great to work with and , as of now anyways, they had a great 12 month rate. We went back a few weeks later and they currently have a great rate ( variable rate) for a money market account that acts like a checking account ( must keep at least $1000 in the account). No restrictions on the number of withdrawal, gave us 12 starter checks and debit cards if you want them ( they use the Allpoints network which allows withdrawals at Walgreens, CVS, Target and anywhere there is an Allpoints ATM). The bank only has this one location and they do primarily commercial lending and financing but there rates were better than any other bank for the length of time we were looking for. Definitely check them out!”

“I walked in and a teller advised me that his system was down. Another employee walked up and said he could help me. I had my debit card in my hand and I was prepared to insert it so I can take some cash out. This employee asked for my ID to which I responded that I had my debit card. He went and got an employee named Edwin and Edwin handled my transaction. He asked me what kind of bills I wanted back and I gave him explicit instructions. Edwin followed the instructions perfectly and I told him he did great. I appreciate the service. I would say that the branch manager should advise the staff here that a warm and pleasant hello to customers walking in goes a long way. We do not have to use BMO Bank for our money, we can put our money anywhere. I also work at company headquarters in downtown Chicago, so, I tend to pay more attention to BMO employees than probably most people. Shout out to Edwin.”
“I am a member of this CU and this location is the most convenient for me. Whenever I visit they are warm, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They are great for simple deposits and withdrawals. There are certain things they cannot directly help with (mostly regarding loans and such) that must be handled at the main office in Naperville. As long as you understand that limitation it's a great place to conduct business! Also be aware that they close early on Wednesdays!”

“I go here all the time and never had a problem, it's not a fast food drive-thru , each customer has his or hers situation to be handle.I had teller Sachi and Sumi take care of me several times , they are polite , professional and friendly. people have to understand by now that every place we goto is short handed , so we must be patient and wait our turn. At times I'm in a hurry but i have to understand that everyone has a different situation.”
