I had to cancel my reservation more than the company policy of 24 hrs prior to pick up which they will need to take out my reservation fee Upon calling them and explaining that i had a death in the family and needed all my resources to be able to go to new jersey for the funeral they were kind enough to to return the whole amount, it's seldom now a days to actually talk to real people and reason with them and actually understand what your going through. “Pickup took a bit longer than expected; car promised drove away as I walked up to it! Replacement drove up 10 minutes later and I was good to go.
What's the point of reserving a specific model car at a specific time if Alamo does not honor the reservation specifics?”

“This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!”

“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”
