“I was having trouble setting up my new phone. I finally ran into Jack today. He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. “This store deserves 5/5. Truly so helpful in a very genuine way. I came in dealing with a stressful financial situation from another carrier. Leo helped me understand so many things, helped me see all the options I had and took the time to explain the entire process to me with continuous written and verbal communication so nothing would be missed. The supervisor came and explained it as well so I would not be blindsided by anything. Truly a beautiful connection I had with them. It's so important to feel welcomed and understood when trying to make a purchase this big. I really appreciated all the help provided. They communicated about all the updates even after the day of the purchase. They were extremely patient with the rest of my family as well.”

“PS5 had HDMI problems. Took it to two Franchise operations. One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
