“My store experience was phenomenal all due to an employee named Shani! I was nervous about upgrading phones because I didn’t want to lose all my photos and other personal data. But Shani really broke it down for me and helped me transfer all my data onto the new phone. If you’re looking to get a new phone I highly recommend talking to Shani she really knows her stuff! I will definitely be back for future upgrades!”
“such a pleasant experience. we had a broken phone and originally thought just the screen was broken. he took a closer look (for free) and told us exactly what was wrong and was very real with us. he told us he could put in a new battery but there were tons of complications. we decided ourselves we were just going to get a new one and he luckily had a refurbished one available. he helped us transfer everything and figure out the new phone, and put on a new screen protector for free. he was super kind and we will definitely be coming back here for future issues!”
