My car wasn’t producing heat, and I wanted to avoid going to a mechanic, so I decided to buy some coolant. An employee named Bill approached me and asked if I needed help. I simply asked for his recommendation on what to buy, and he quickly sensed that I was a bit out of my depth.
After purchasing the product, I went to the parking lot to open my hood, and to my surprise, Bill walked over to my car. He told me to wait inside while he took a look. He spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and fixing the issue!
It’s refreshing to know that there are still good people out there. Bill refused to accept any payment, saying he enjoys helping others. He truly deserves a raise ASAP!

“Love this store..always has what we need. KUDOS to the young lady at front register who had to deal w the meanest, rudest elderly lady outside Walmart Customers. If she could of yelled any louder than she was she would of, heard here clear out in parking lot, and here she was throwing a till over a 5.00 coupo n on broom that she Bought n used Coupon but wanted thst COUPON back or the money, but your girl was so calm, handled it well and that gets 2 thumbs up. Dealt w those customers 25 yrs in retail and nothing makes em fell worse than you being cool calm n collected, wtg young lady.”
“First time going to this Ace as it's a little further than the closest one to me. Went in looking for a Stihl leaf blower for my dad and the cashier was really nice and got ahold of someone to walk us through the maintenance and details of this purchase. Once we purchased the BG50 (I believe it was the manager on duty) put some gas in it and took us outside, showed us all the functions and started it before we left. Although I knew how to operate a Stihl my father was very impressed by the service and this location has definitely become my new go to Ace.”

“I use John’s Hardware whenever I need to purchase tools and supplies. I purchased a used bike and the customer service was rather subpar. After I was finally informed that my bike was ready I tested it and realized the wheels were not aligned properly. I will continue purchasing tools and supplies as needed. Anything related to bicycle’s I’m going to find another bike shop.”

“I regrettably way over bought fittings for a project. Thinking I was going to frustrate the customer service with the excess of returns, the lady I was working with showed 0 frustrations. As the line behind me grew I started to sweat, but the employee stayed very calm and simply called for help. I was taken care of with great customer service and they quickly worked through the line behind me as I hogged one register. I appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism! Thank you!”
“I wouldn't compare Plaza True Value with big box stores (Home Depot and Menards) or even Ace, because they provide services that other stores don't, such as window screens, window panes, and rekeying locks. Super helpful and friendly staff too.”
“I called to get a price on some lumber and they were double the price of Home Depot. By the time I purchase a few pieces of what I need it’s cheaper to just pay the $80 delivery fee at Home Depot.Don’t want to bash the establishment but just leaving what I feel would be helpful to other flippers like myself.”

“Flatbed unload was quick…. Overnight parking for a truck or 2…. Start at 7am but the first guy shows up at about 6am…. A forklift driver started actually unloading me at 6:40am and had it unloaded in 10 mins! Good group of guys and had that easy going feel! Yard was clean! Definitely a good spot for flatbeds to unload!”

“Omg I haven't been in Menards in years wow it has everything that you couldn't imagine when I seen they had a section in there that has toiletries can goods health products etc. you name it they got it I didn't have to go to any other store but to buy my meat products an the store is so big so for ppl that have health issues they do have scooters an don't worry they are nice size for those who are plus size like myself?? an they have workers throughout the store so if you can't find what you looking for they would happily assist you without a problem the the workers all are so awesome very courtesy an polite thank y'all so much Menards customer service an staff you guys are awesome ?”
