The technician, Bob, was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of my questions without hesitation or any attitude. Price was more than fair. “I regrettably way over bought fittings for a project. Thinking I was going to frustrate the customer service with the excess of returns, the lady I was working with showed 0 frustrations. As the line behind me grew I started to sweat, but the employee stayed very calm and simply called for help. “The workers who installed our new storm door were great. Friendly, knew what they were doing. Gave me instructions on how to get the sliding window to function. Home Depot did initially deliver an incorrectly sized door and an incorrect handle. However, the installation guys immediately returned to Home Depot and got the correct items and installed them in less than an hour. I'm really happy with the process. Their installation services are reasonably priced and have already saved me twice from having to find a contractor or handyman to do the work.”

“Menard's is a home improvement store that is larger than you prepared for, every single time, despite having been to Menard's before. You enter through doors that part for you automatically, as if the store has been expecting you, which in a revenue-based sense it has. The cart you select rattles in a specific way that is unique to your cart and yet familiar to all Menard's carts, as though they share a common rattling ancestry.
The store continues in every direction for what can only be described as a while. Lumber is somewhere. Plumbing is somewhere else. The relationship between these two locations involves walking, and the walking is significant. Signs hang from the ceiling indicating departments, and you look at them and nod and then proceed to get lost anyway in a way that feels predetermined.
Items are available in quantities that suggest Menard's has considered the possibility that you might need more than one of something, and has acted on this consideration aggressively. The savings, which are big and money-adjacent, are communicated through yellow signage that appears throughout the store at a frequency that can only be described as committed.
A lumber yard exists outside and requires a separate trip that you did not originally plan for but have now accepted as part of the process. You accept it the way one accepts weather.
An employee was visible at one point near an aisle that was not the aisle you needed. This was no one's fault.
You will leave with things you came for and several things you did not come for, and the total will be a number.”

“I visit this Menards all the time, and out of all the locations in the area, this one is by far my absolute favorite! I honestly just love spending time browsing the aisles here.
The store is always incredibly well-maintained, clean, and highly organized, which makes shopping a breeze. Hands down, the best Menards ever! Highly recommend.”

Another man walked up, and went behind the counter. When he saw no one was servicing me, he quickly asked if I was being serviced.
Overall, aside from the initial encounter, things were okay. Employees should really be more customer friendly.”

“We completely tore down and remodeled our Primary Bedroom, Bathroom and built a Walk in Closet. We have performed 7 similar scope of renovations in the past. After experiences with numerous suppliers in the past we went with Fox for our material. You name it they had it. Their showroom inspired many ideas for the renovation. Their designer , Donna, was talented and extremely communicative and ensured our order was exactly what we wanted and tracked our cabinetry from order to delivery (on time). We worked with Mark on numerous orders and his knowledge of products was incredible and his coordination with our General Contractor for order status and delivery was beyond reproach. I very rarely write reviews but the Fox team certainly exceeded all expectations and most certainly earned this review. Too bad I can only give 5 stars and not more!”

“Has nearly everything you need when you own a home. If not they can order it! Quick self checkout is great for small limited items.
But their return Lady is annoying, definitely needs rotated off the customer service team, she's too wound up and takes ANY conversation or words as an offense.
Had 2 interaction in a week with this woman, 1st one she accused me of returning an opened used product. When CLEARLY it was still factory sealed, just the product paper was shifted around for whatever reason. The she told me that I should not have bought this item and picked a different one. WHY? Its sealed, nothing wrong with it. Didn't need it so returned. In the end she begruntling accepted the return.
2nd time I returned 1 simple item CLEARLY unused and she had no problem with that, but a simple conversation set her off again.
I'll be returning products in the evening until she's gone off morning. OR a manager will be responding next time.

“The staff here is amazing, now please avoid buying any Samsung appliances. My refrigerator broke while still under manufacturer warranty. Samsung has been horrible to me during this time, I lost over 500 dollars worth of food and such a large corporation is telling me well too bad. Save your money buy an LG or American appliance instead”

“Omg I haven't been in Menards in years wow it has everything that you couldn't imagine when I seen they had a section in there that has toiletries can goods health products etc. you name it they got it I didn't have to go to any other store but to buy my meat products an the store is so big so for ppl that have health issues they do have scooters an don't worry they are nice size for those who are plus size like myself?? an they have workers throughout the store so if you can't find what you looking for they would happily assist you without a problem the the workers all are so awesome very courtesy an polite thank y'all so much Menards customer service an staff you guys are awesome ?”
