“When I don't need help finding something it's great, but some of the people there need to be trained better so they can be more help full when someone needs it, just an example went there the other day to get parts I needed to change my faucet the person had no idea of anything in plumbing and that's the section he works in, he tried to tell me that there is no reducer from 1/2in to 3/8in fittings so I could hook up the water line, tried to tell this 20 something year old that I have 25 years experience in construction but he told me he knows more then I do about plumbing ?? i walked out and went to there competitor and got what I needed”

I pulled up to the curbside pickup, checked my email, followed the instructions expecting to wait 30-40 minutes, and before I had a chance to choose a song in my Apple Music, Desiree knocked on my window and gave me my order. What's even funnier, while I sit here and type my message, another young lady appeared asking for my order #. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!”

“I come here at least 4 times a week now since I moved down the street. The customer service is great and they have a large variety of items and a lot of great clearance items daily. They also have an amazing garden center. So much to choose from and everything is well taken care of and great quality plants, herbs, vegetables and trees. The only reason I will knock off a star is because sometimes I go around 7 pm And the parking lot lights don't come on ! It gets very dark and it's not in the best location. I've seen the place get robbed twice and Ive seen a cop chase someone out of the store before, too! Please fix the lighting ! I want to feel safe at my favorite store. Menards next door is very well lit”
“Nice place to get pavers for work. Many different selections, however their botany selection could be better. Nicely maintained and a decent amount of food supplies if you're in a jam. Basically a little of everything that you might need.”

The staff doesnt constantly ask you if you are finding everything okay, which I like because that can and does get annoying when you are trying to think about your project, or deciding on project options since there are more items that look better or fit better, etc.”
