    “Just left your store. Someone didn't screw the top back on a body scrub and it got everywhere on me and on the floor when I picked it up. I alerted 2 team members as quickly as I could. Both immediately secured the scene. To the employee who rang up my items thank you for grabbing me a paper towel. Little things don't go unnoticed. I hope TJ Maxx/HomeGoods recognizes you for this.     “The store is surprisingly well organized and very neat, for how much stuff they have! I purchased a floor lamp not knowing that it should have a shade, I just thought I had to buy it separate. The kind cashier informed me the shade was missing. So, the manager gave me a markdown. What a fantastic deal and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back again in the future and would recommend this place.”

    “It was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the HomeGoods/Marshall's in Lombard. I like this location, it's less congested than the one in the mall. The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and it's more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. It's easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.”

    “associate 2533813 is awesome! came in this morning to look for some stuff and she was very nice. the line was a little long and seems like she had some frustrating customers but she kept her calm and friendliness as i watched from the line. i work retail as well so i understand when moments like this can be frustrating and doing your best to stay calm. good job girl! i will be coming back to this location in the future as im not from around here.”
