“We were and are pleased with the loveseat and reclining chairs purchased in 2021. Top quality! Unfortunately, one of the cushions got ripped recently. We had purchased the 5-year warranty, so we filed a claim. The claim process had its ups and downs, but Rudy of The Great Escape in Downers Grove led us through the journey. The warrantor initially denied the claim, but with some insistence and assistance from Rudy, it was eventually approved. Since the fabric has been discontinued, we were able to get replacements for all four cushion sets. This is what customer service looks like!”

Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.
