“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”

“Very good Hampton Inn, located immediately next to O‘Hare Airport.The inside of the hotel was just recently renovated, so everything from the reception, the hallways, and the rooms looked refreshed and contemporary.I especially appreciated the spacious gym with free weights up to 75lbs, as well as kettlebells, and free water bottles (most hotel gyms barely have 50lb dumbbells and a closet-sized workout area.)”

“Love, love, loved the Drake in oak Brook. Our room was beautiful, the service was exceptional, the room service was awesome and the food was so delicious. Ricky was our valet attendant he went about and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend the Drake in Oak Brook we were so happy, were going back to rent a suite for the weekend. Such a beautiful, beautiful experience. Never disappointed.”

“Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.”

“The place is clean and quiet, it has a cafeteria area with a microwave and hot water 24 hours a day, the housekeeping service is very good but unfortunately the service at the reception is terrible, the people are rude all the time, and something that bothered me was that They made me feel like I was begging them for something. I stayed for 1 week and at 10:45 I asked that they please give me about 45 minutes to pay for another week of stay since my card had been left in the car and my husband was a little distant, Susy and the manager were very rude and did not They stopped calling the room throughout that time, until they had my card in their hands, at the end of the second week I ran away. I don't understand what happens with customer service, they should worry about providing some training to the staff so that they know how to handle matters, especially if there is a manager who is there to represent the brand, I think that good service makes a difference, At least for me the attention they give me is very important since I am paying for a pleasant stay in every sense.”

“We had a king room. No issue with the main room. The bathroom was cramped. The vanity was much too small for our two toiletry items. The toilet location was cramped. When opening the hinged shower door, water from the door dripped quite a bit on the floor and towel mat.Other than that our stay was wonderful. As an Army veteran I received a very nice rate reduction. Thank you Hyatt.All services in the main entry area of the hotel were top notch! The complementary breakfast was delicious. Christina made us a delicious custom ingredient omelet. She was so accommodating and sweet. In the kitchen she makes all of the other delicious selections. The bar and the several food items they serve are very good. The seating is plentiful.”

“We arrived here from Pennsylvania. Ernesto is so kind and friendly just like the rest of the staff and the manager were exceptional. The staff at the front desk smiled and greeted us. Outstanding! They went above and beyond. We had no issues. Our room was super clean from the bed to the floors and bathroom. We felt so comfortable, no loud noises, nice parking. We were so relaxed. The breakfast was good and the lobby looked nice. There is a Greek restaurant walking distance and the mall was close by too. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!! “Enjoyed an evening here for a business meeting. We had a group of 20+ rooms. The team at this location was extremely acmodating for our group and allowed early check-in. They also allowed us to use a common area for a catered dinner after the meeting. Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable experience!”

“When we first got here we were put into an accessibility room because of the sheer amount of guests that night, which we didn’t need. The room had several problems which we brought to the hotel’s attention and Eric got the issue fixed very quickly so I’m really thankful for that. He even refunded our first night’s stay which I appreciated. The room we moved into had a stain here and there, but it was a huge improvement over the accessibility room.Heather in the kitchen was awesome.Rooms: The rooms are extremely quiet, except for the accessibility ones. The accessibility ones, at least the one I initially stayed in, had a weird door connecting into other accessibility rooms which disrupted the soundproofing and created issues with being able to easily hear neighbors.Aside from being the one of the most quiet rooms I’ve had at a hotel so far, the rooms were spacious with nice TVs. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.Nearby activities: Uptown elmhurst has loads of stuff to do. However, if you’re like me, you’re staying in elmhurst because of the safe, quick and easy access to the train station to get to chicago. Let’s be honest, nobody sane wants to risk driving their car into the war zone that is downtown chicago traffic.Safety: It’s elmhurst. I’ve never had a problem with safety in elmhurst. It’s a rich suburb of chicago, so while you should like always be cautious, safety isn’t much of a concern here.Walkability: I wouldn’t entirely say this hotel has good walkability to nearby activities. It’s about 50 minutes to uptown elmhurst. For some people that may not be a problem but everybody has different definitions of walkability.Food & drinks: This hotel hands down had the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Heather is the main cook of the hotel and does an amazing job. The breakfast options available on weekdays are unique and creative due to the lower guest volume, hence more time to cook.Noteworthy details: The pool isn’t very deep, but it is wide, giving plenty of room for multiple groups at once. It was also overall clean.”

“I stay here about once a month. Everything is always the same and as expected for Hyatt. I just wish there was a microwave in the room. Even red roof in has a microwave in the room.”

“After a very long day getting screwed around by American Airlines I checked into the place with my airline voucher. The room had very comfortable beds and pillows. I slept great! Also it was quiet. I hate when I check into a room and you hear the heat click on and off all night. The place was very adequate and I was pleased. The next morning I took the shuttle to the O'Hare airport so that American Airlines could frustrate me for the second day.”

“We had room with 2 queen size beds. Nice location 25 min from the airport.Flesh white towels, soap and shampoo, napkins were available. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer.Room was with carpet. TV, microwave, coffee mashine and small fridge.There no available spot to keep documents, but you can keep it in the reception.Lot of the parking spots.The location is super comfortable 5 min away by car from Walmart, target. 5 min from the pharmacy "Walgreens".Calm place not far from the police station.Continental breakfast available. There is a sidewalk so you can walk a little if needed.Super nice and clean lobby. You can print needed document in the lobby.Check in at 3pm. Check out at 12.00 pm.”

There was a balcony with a huge TV, couch and chairs.Nearby activities: OakBrook Mall is near and there are multiple things straight down one street for about 10 blocks.
