“I needed faxing service last minute. I entered the store twenty minutes before closing. A young man, TJ welcomed me with a warm smile and politeness. TJ explained it would take a few minutes, shared what the cost would be and engaged in small chat. He provided me with a confirmation, asked if I had any questions. TJ was an absolute professional and made a stressful situation less stressful. I hope management knows how valuable TJ is to this company. Thank you, TJ.”

“I just have to leave a review for the wonderful older gentleman who works the front desk here. I’m not sure what his name is, but he is working today (Thursday at 11:00 AM) and he is absolute gold. No matter how long the line is or how busy the store gets, he always has a massive smile on his face, works incredibly fast, and takes the time to genuinely ask how you're doing. He is such a kind soul and completely brightens my day every time I come in. Give this man a raise! He is the absolute best.”

“Daniel provided extraordinary customer service. Admittedly, I walked in a bit upset because the UPS Store closer to my home was closed during their normal working hours. This actually ended up working out in my favor. Daniel was very patient and very professional. From now on, I'm going to drive a bit further to come to this UPS Store because the employees here are great!”

“I wanted to update my review on this store, I am extremely happy that the issues they had have been resolved. They have a new printer and they have knowledgeable, and a very helpful staff. Jimmy, the Print guy is amazing. It was the best service I have received. I feel like they have finally redeeming themselves from a couple issues. I had in the past with their service. I have removed the other review. Just because I feel that they definitely deserve another opportunity especially when they have staff that provides the type of service that Jimmy did. I am really excited about it because it is the most convenient UPS store for me! I can’t thank them enough.”

“I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional every single time I come in. They are very quick at getting me in and out, which I really appreciate because my schedule is usually very busy. What stands out most is how courteous and personable everyone is. They always make the experience pleasant, and they even bring a little humor and laughter into the day sometimes, which is rare these days. It’s obvious they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!”

“Aviv is awesome. My daughter rented a U-Haul truck to move into her apartment. All went well until I locked the keys in the truck. I called the next morning to explain this fact and he said he was able to use another key to get in and also that I had left the power on (to take a photo of odometer and gas gauge) but he jumped it and said we got lucky and all was good! Anyways, I thought it was important to not only publicly thank Aviv but point out the effort he exercised to solve the problem. All without calling attention to himself or the extra effort he put into solving MY error! Made my smile after a strenuous moving day. Thank you Aviv!”

“I’ve had to come in here about 5 times in the last two weeks and the gentleman behind the counter has been absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.”

“This has got to be the best UPS store that I have been to in years. Both the staff members were so incredibly helpful, patient, and very kind. They helped me get all my stuff situated and returned how it needed to be. Even with their computer system down and not scanning the QR codes correctly, they still manage to record and print out a ticket for my returns, which was so wonderful because there’s no way that I could bring it back to this location as I don’t live super close. Too bad all the UPS stores do not have employees like this such a pleasant experience.”

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”

“I had an amazing experience at UPS, and I truly want to recognize Kalysha, Ivy, Ari, and Devin for their outstanding help in sending my packages to different states. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly patient. They took the time to guide me through every step, helped me choose the most convenient shipping options, and ensured everything was handled smoothly—even during a busy time. What really stood out was their humility and kindness. No matter how many questions I had, they answered each one with a smile and never made me feel rushed. Their positive attitude and dedication turned what could have been a stressful task into a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Kalysha, Ivy, Ari, and Devin, for your exceptional service and care. UPS is truly lucky to have such wonderful team members!”

“I used an FP postage meter while I worked at an incense factory in Chicago. It made adding postage to a stack of letters really simple and saved a lot of time manually stamping. I wish I had one when I was an intern at church!”
